KalanTech LLC ("KalanTech," "we," "us") helps people and organizations make AI work for them. This policy explains what information we collect through kalantech.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately plain.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a guide, join a waitlist, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we collect your email address and anything else you choose to share (for example, your name, organization, or a message).
- Basic usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics we use may record standard technical data such as your browser type, approximate region, and the pages you visit. We use this in aggregate to understand what's useful and improve the site.
How we use it
- To deliver the free guide or resource you requested.
- To send you related, practical updates and occasional news about our courses and digital products — only until you unsubscribe.
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To measure and improve our content, offers, and website.
How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example:
- MailerLite — email delivery, list management, and automated sequences.
- Formspree — processing contact-form submissions.
- Cloudflare — spam protection (Turnstile) and site delivery.
- Our website host and, where used, a privacy-friendly analytics provider.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Email choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at hello@kalantech.com to be removed. Transactional messages (such as delivering a guide you requested) may still be sent as needed to complete your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email hello@kalantech.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention & security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide what you asked for and to run our business, then delete or anonymize it. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site and services are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
